residential development in the buckingham sector
Brigil’s Lépine community is located in the Buckingham area of the city of Gatineau, less than 40 kilometers from downtown Ottawa. Surrounded by mature trees and close to many shops and services, the Lépine residential development offers a perfect blend of small-town warmth and atmosphere with city advantages. BRIGIL is currently in the design stage to determine the type of housing to be built according to market needs.

Less than 25 minutes from downtown Gatineau, a new community signed Brigil is about to be created: Les Ruisseaux Lépine. At the entrance to the Buckingham sector via Lépine Avenue and the Outaouais Highway, the project covers just over 230,000 m². With five streams and a partially forested canopy, nearly 600 new families will be able to settle there. Brigil actively participates in the development of a diverse community by offering a variety of housing products ranging from single-family detached homes to three-storey residential buildings and garden homes.
In addition to enjoying the proximity of a host of services (CPE, elementary and secondary schools, CLSC, hospital, supermarkets, hardware stores, etc.) and the commercial sector of Old Buckingham, residents will enjoy the tranquillity of a remarkable natural environment. Wide wooded corridors at the rear of the houses will provide various ecological links for sustainable biodiversity maintenance. Work on the first three phases is expected to begin in the next few weeks, just off Lépine Avenue.
