The new rental community in Dollard-des-Ormeaux will consist of 110 apartments, spread over 10 floors, with an outdoor rooftop terrace and indoor parking. The project will benefit from a LEED certification, an internationally recognized symbol of success in sustainable development.
The first phase of this development involved the strategic deconstruction of buildings on the existing site. Through this process, Brigil hopes to reuse, recuperate, and recycle building materials - an approach that will divert nearly 25% of the material destined for landfill.
The white roof and 58 underground parking spaces will help reduce heat islands.
