On May 23, 2023, the Brigil team marked the start of construction on 400 Inlet Private, the 4th tower in the Petrie's Landing community, with a traditional "groundbreaking" ceremony.

The tower, which will welcome its first residents in 2025, will consist of 242 units on 23 floors.

Hotel luxury at home



Over the next 10 years, Brigil plans to invest three (3) billion dollars in the development of residential and commercial buildings at Petrie's Landing. This major project will eventually welcome 10,000 residents in a comfortable and stylish living environment and will be divided into three (3) phases.


The first phase includes the construction of six (6) high-rise residential towers near Trim Road; two are already completed and 100% occupied, the third will welcome its first residents in July 2023 and the fourth is under construction.


The second phase consists of eight (8) four-storey blocks. Seven are completed and fully occupied, and the eighth building is under construction.


Finally, the third phase will see the creation of an urban village between the first two (2) phases. It will be composed of a happy mix of residential and commercial spaces, adjacent to Jeanne d'Arc Boulevard.

The third tower in the Petrie's Landing community includes 18 floors served by two high-speed elevators. It offers a variety of rental housing styles (14 configurations; 162 units) including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouses.

This 112-unit block includes a rooftop terrace, private balconies, indoor parking, a gym and a lavish social lounge. Future residents will be able to move into the apartments, which will be available in the summer of 2025.


Tower 4

The 242 units of the 23-storey tower share the same features as Block 8, namely our all-inclusive package, five (5) appliances, premium finishes, 24/7 video surveillance system, electric vehicle charging stations and on-site Community Manager.
