Baseline, our new and luxurious community located in the lovely Qualicum area of near-west Ottawa is taking shape before our eyes.

 

Just this week :

Building exterior envelope and insulation is underway, brick installation on the building façade has started.

 

Drywall installation is underway simultaneously on many levels, common areas and apartments.

 

Window installation is almost completed.

 

Electrical work, mechanical work and ventilation systems installations are being performed.

 

Work on the roof has started.
