Brigil gathered all its communities.
Take a look!
Whether it's the condo where you will live out your greatest professional ambitions, the single-family home where you will raise your children or the suite where you will live the hotel life every day, Brigil is with you at every phase of your life, providing you with a full range of residences. 10,000 households accommodated over the past 30 years, on both sides of the Ottawa River, from downtown to the suburbs.
This graphic shows Brigil’s vision ten years from now of the quartier du Musée, thanks to the Place des Peuples birth and a great mobilisation in the population.
La Place des Peuples will be a gathering place for Gatineau residents and visitors. In addition to being an emblem of civic pride, this iconic project will be an observation point, a public space, a showcase for Gatineau’s culture and a unique way to integrate our heritage.
By offering direct access to the Canadian Museum of History, La Place des Peuples will reflect the city and its citizens. A restaurant and a lounge will be located at the top to allow everyone to admire the Parliament, the Gatineau Park and even the Aylmer marina! The diversity of the offer – commercial, residential, hotel, touristic, gastronomic, wellness, etc. – will make it an attraction like we’ve never seen before! La Place des Peuples will become an important tourist attraction to people from here and elsewhere, who will enjoy a Ferris Wheel and a gondola which will reach both sides of the river.
Did you know that Gatineau exists for more than 200 years? The center of this project is carried by the history of our beautiful city. That is why Brigil is opting for this extraordinary site, a bridge between our heritage, the present time and the future. The project will provide the city of Gatineau with more than 1,000 new jobs and attract 3,000 people in downtown Gatineau with an average income of $100 000 by family living in 1,500 residential units ($150 millions of new income total). It will be a magnet for anyone to visit the National Capital Region of Canada.
