I dreamt for many years of a stellar and unifying project for Gatineau. A unique public place for residents of Gatineau and tourists. A superb site where everyone could take a look around the city and enjoy its beauty and main attractions.

I cultivated that philosophy for 30 years and more, with innovative projects that triggers pride for our city. It has always been Brigil's mission.

I'm convinced that my vision is suitable with our history preservation and value. I always thought that it was possible to combine our past and present to brighten our future.

That's why I welcome the idea of an innovative, modern and flexible heritage citation for the quartier du Musée. It would be an excellent initiative and I hope that all the Gatineau's councillors and residents would support it. I strongly think we can preserve our heritage with a special insertion: a new, extraordinary and tall architectural emblem.

Thus, if the criteria for the application of the heritage citation authorize the construction of iconic buildings overlooking our city and the capital, I absolutely want my properties to be part of it.

My team and I are excited to discuss with city councillors, municipal administration and the women and men of Gatineau to achieve our common goals: create a lively, warm and emblematic space, here, in the fourth most important city in the province of Quebec.
