Building With Purpose

Brigil is a leading real estate company founded in 1985, offering rental, purchase, and commercial development solutions. With distinctive expertise, we are committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, creating complete living environments to enhance quality of life throughout the greater National Capital Region.

The company’s name was inspired by Gilles Desjardins’ father, Gabriel. He used the ‘Bri’ from his father’s name and added ‘Gil.’ A simple yet meaningful tribute that reflects the importance of family at the heart of Brigil’s story.

It’s a community where, over the years, thousands of people have lived, grown, worked, played, and experienced a quality of life that exceeded their expectations. It’s also a community that has placed social connections, culture, shared spaces, and active living at the heart of its priorities.

The protection of trees. The development of green spaces. Accessibility to electric, public, and active transportation. The creation of pedestrian-friendly communities. Supporting local businesses by encouraging the purchase of local products. These are just a few of the ways we honor our unwavering commitment to our planet, our projects, and the health of our fellow citizens.
