WORK BEGINS ON A NEW BRIGIL PROJECT

December 05, 2022

Brigil announces the start of work on its new real estate project located at 15 and 21 Morley-Walters Street in the Aylmer sector. In total, the new living environment will include 48 rental housing units, spread over two (2) buildings of three (3) floors each.

"More and more people are choosing to live in the Aylmer sector. Being able to offer comfortable living spaces, close to essential services and structuring transportation, makes us very proud of this project," says Jessy Desjardins, Vice-President, Development and Design at Brigil. "In addition to helping to reduce the car dependency of our future residents, every effort was made to intelligently integrate with the area."

In addition to adapting the plans to save as many mature trees on the site as possible, the vast wooded area along Aylmer Road that houses a bike path will be protected, safeguarding urban green space for neighborhood residents.
