Plateau du Parc: construction is progressing well!

April 23, 2021

Installation of the balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Block 27. The walls were also installed on the 3rd floor.

 

 

We have just completed the installation of the floor joists and plywood on the 3rd floor of Block 27.

A crane will be set up the week of April 30th to facilitate the roof installation starting with its insulation membrane.

 

 

The concrete stairs have been poured in Block 27’s garage and plumbing work has begun, along with the installation of sprinklers.

 

 

Block 28: Concrete pouring scheduled for the week of April 26. The cement stoops will follow and we will start installing the wood frame in mid-May.
